Will 2012 be the year of Apple?
The Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) rumor mill never sleeps, but that's what happens when you place extreme secrecy levels.
The latest rumor from the east of the usual suspects Digitimes claims that Apple is set to "revision" of its major product lines in 2012. The report mentions the lineups of the iPad, iMac, iPhone and MacBook Air, citing leaks in Cupertino, the supply chain. The word "reform" means that Apple is planning major hardware redesign of the inside to the outside via internal specification upgrades.
iPad iPad 2S or 3?
Digitimes also goes as far to say that Apple iPad two different models in the pipeline, which would be an updated version of the iPad 2, which is supposed to see built 2 million units by the end of the year. It is expected that a high-resolution retinal display with twice the resolution of current iPad, which would have come at 2048 x 1536.
